- • Lead the demand side for Tradecraft, Obsidian Systems’ liquidity layer on the Canton Network, driving sustainable trading volume from retail and institutional sources.
- • Own end-to-end wallet integrations, institutional trading platform partnerships, and asset issuer onboarding as they launch on the Canton Network.
- • Design and execute trading incentive programs, benchmark execution quality, and translate market feedback into product requirements.
- • Build and scale commercial partnerships from the ground up in an early-stage, high-growth institutional DeFi environment.
- • Join a remote-first, founder-led team with deep expertise in distributed ledger technology, operating with low ego and high conviction.
- • Shape the liquidity backbone of an emerging institutional blockchain network gaining traction with asset issuers and financial institutions.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience building trading volume on DeFi protocols, emerging blockchain networks, or trading infrastructure platforms from the ground up.
- • Deep understanding of DeFi market-making dynamics and strategies to attract and retain institutional liquidity.
- • Demonstrated success in negotiating, managing, and maintaining wallet integrations (e.g., WalletConnect) with technical onboarding.
- • Experience working with institutional counterparties such as asset managers, market makers, trading desks, or custodians in digital assets or fintech.
- • Track record of establishing commercial partnerships or distribution channels in early-stage environments.
- • Entrepreneurial mindset: comfortable with ambiguity, capable of creating structure, and effective without extensive team support or predefined playbooks.
