- • The Health Client Analyst - Virtual role at Alight, Inc. is a unique opportunity to serve as a key liaison between Alight and client health plans, supporting client success through data-driven insights and operational excellence.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include providing subject matter expertise to clients, managing employee escalations from the client’s Benefits department, collaborating with internal Alight teams and the client’s health admin and advocacy teams, developing and maintaining data requests, utilizing Alight’s tool suite for deliverables management, tracking and resolving open items, participating in client status and health plan meetings, and building trusted relationships with clients.

🎯 Requirements
- • Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience
- • Knowledge of TBA and health plan provisions
- • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- • Ability to manage multiple projects, clients, and deliverables with varying timelines and deadlines
- • Curiosity and ability to learn quickly and apply feedback
- • Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- • Adaptability to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- • Previous experience in customer care and cross-functional, global team settings (preferred)
