• • Day-to-day responsibilities include receiving and processing patient health information requests via phone, fax, and email; documenting information across multiple platforms using dual monitors; preparing and assembling patient charts from paper and electronic sources; creating digital images of paperwork; responding to internal and external record requests; managing administrative duties such as handling faxes, opening mail, and data entry; and meeting site-specific productivity expectations.
