- • The Health Provider Recruitment Specialist supports provider incentive grant applications by providing procurement and compliance tracking, assisting with application reviews using standard operating procedures, and helping applicants with submission questions.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include managing provider contacts, tracking application intake and incentive program details using spreadsheets, CRM/case management systems, and Microsoft tools, ensuring compliance with deadlines and documentation requirements.

🎯 Requirements
- • High school diploma or GED required.
- • Minimum 2 years of experience supporting administrative, procurement, or compliance functions.
- • Experience using tracking tools, spreadsheets, CRM/case management systems, Microsoft suite of tools, or similar systems to document application intake and incentive program details.
- • Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple provider contacts and deadlines simultaneously.
- • Associates or Bachelors degree preferred.
- • Experience providing support to grant applications, including development, intake, enrollment, onboarding, documentation, is preferred.
