📋 Description
- • The Health Representative is a science-based promotional sales role focused on Pfizer’s Specialty Care Portfolio, connecting with healthcare professionals to educate and support them on product value and therapeutic applications through both physical and virtual engagements.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include engaging HCPs with science-based brand messages, managing sales targets, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards, delivering objective medical information, developing deep product and therapeutic area expertise, and leading customer relationships across metro and rural territories.
- • The role operates within Pfizer’s Specialty Care Healthcare Engagement Team, contributing to long-term, consultative customer relationships by acting as a trusted business advisor and internal advocate for customer needs.
- • The representative will develop strategic account plans, analyze local market environments, maximize portfolio opportunities, and lead cross-functional coordination while building expertise in specialty therapeutics, compliance, and customer-centric sales strategies.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Science, or a healthcare background (e.g., pharmacist, nurse)
- • Experience engaging with HCPs in large tertiary or major general hospital settings
- • Valid Driver’s Licence and willingness to travel as needed within assigned territory
- • Strong written and verbal communication skills to build trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- • Analytical skills to connect data, products, and the needs of HCPs and patients
- • Integrity-driven decision making with high ethical standards and a can-do attitude
