  • • As a Healthcare Account Executive at A Place for Mom, you will serve as the primary liaison between the company and healthcare professionals in hospitals and skilled nursing facilities, driving lead generation and move-ins to senior living communities to help families find appropriate care during discharge transitions.
  • • Your day-to-day responsibilities include generating qualified patient referrals, maintaining and growing a portfolio of client accounts (social workers, case managers, discharge planners), conducting networking and cold calls, delivering service presentations, educating families on care options, collaborating with Healthcare Senior Living Advisors, leveraging CRM data to manage your pipeline, and piloting new initiatives to improve sales processes.
  • • You will join a mission-driven, fast-growing organization dedicated to simplifying the senior care search for families, backed by a network of 15,000+ vetted providers and guided by core values such as Mission Over Me, Do Hard Things, and Drive Outcomes as a Team.
  • • In this role, you will develop advanced sales and relationship-building skills, gain deep expertise in the senior living and healthcare industries, sharpen your strategic account management abilities, and directly impact families’ lives by helping them navigate critical care transitions with confidence and support.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • • 3-5 years of outside sales experience as an individual contributor with exceptional prospecting and lead generation abilities
  • • Knowledge of the Senior Living Industry
  • • Hospital/skilled nursing facility sales experience
  • • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and collaborating with other teams
  • • Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
  • • Technologically proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, and a CRM (Salesforce preferred)

  • • On Target Earnings: $115,000+ (Uncapped)
