- ⢠As a Healthcare Account Executive at SailPoint Technologies, you will drive revenue growth by selling Identity Security solutions to healthcare organizations across Florida, leveraging the companyās market-leading position to solve complex access and data security challenges for enterprises.
- ⢠Your day-to-day responsibilities include exceeding quarterly and annual revenue quotas, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, collaborating with marketing and channel teams to develop targeted campaigns, leading virtual teams of presales, technical resources, and customer success to deliver tailored solutions, and maintaining accurate Salesforce hygiene and forecasting.

- ⢠In this role, you will develop strategic account and opportunity plans, build deep expertise in competitive positioning against Microsoft, Okta, and Saviynt, earn internal enablement badges (1st Mate and Captain), and grow your pipeline to 2ā3x quota while refining go-to-market strategies for the healthcare sector.
šÆ Requirements
- ⢠Proven track record in exceeding sales quotas in enterprise software or technology sales, preferably in identity, security, or cloud solutions.
- ⢠Strong ability to communicate value propositions clearly and effectively in initial engagements and discovery calls, with skill in analyzing customer needs to qualify opportunities.
- ⢠Demonstrated proficiency in understanding and presenting SailPointās Identity Security solutions and differentiating them from competitors like Microsoft, Okta, and Saviynt.
- ⢠Experience leading virtual, cross-functional teams including presales, technical resources, partner managers, deal desk, professional services, and customer success to drive deals.
- ⢠Skilled in creating territory and opportunity plans, managing sales stages, and using Salesforce and Clari for accurate forecasting and pipeline hygiene.
- ⢠Bachelorās degree in IT, business, or a related field preferred but not required.
