- • As a Healthcare Account Executive for A Place for Mom in North Dallas, you will serve as the primary point of contact for hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and families navigating senior care transitions, driving lead generation and move-ins to support the company’s mission of helping families find appropriate care.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include generating qualified patient referrals, managing and growing a portfolio of healthcare provider accounts, conducting in-person visits and presentations, collaborating with Senior Living Advisors to convert leads into placements, and leveraging CRM data to optimize your sales pipeline and test new initiatives.
- • You will join a mission-driven, fast-growing organization that empowers families through personalized senior care guidance, backed by a network of over 15,000 vetted providers and a culture rooted in empathy, innovation, and teamwork.
- • In this role, you will develop advanced relationship-building and sales strategy skills, gain deep expertise in the senior living and healthcare referral ecosystem, and have the opportunity to influence process improvements while achieving uncapped earning potential based on performance.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree preferred
- • 3-5 years of outside sales experience as an individual contributor with strong prospecting and lead generation abilities
- • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and experience selling to hospitals or skilled nursing facilities
- • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, and CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- • Excellent communication, time management, and relationship-building skills with ability to thrive in a fast-paced, independent field environment
