- • As a Healthcare Account Executive, you will be the face of A Place for Mom, driving lead generation and move-ins by building relationships with hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and families during discharge transitions to help more seniors find appropriate care.
- • You will work daily in the field to generate qualified patient referrals, manage and grow your book of accounts, cultivate new contacts through networking and cold calls, educate families on care options, collaborate with Healthcare Senior Living Advisors to meet quotas, leverage CRM data to manage your pipeline, and pilot new initiatives to improve sales processes.
- • You will join a mission-driven company that has helped millions of families find senior care since 2000, operating with values like Mission Over Me, Do Hard Things, Drive Outcomes as a Team, Win The Right Way, and Embrace Change, all while supporting families through the aging journey with empathy and integrity.
- • In this role, you will develop advanced sales and relationship-building skills, gain deep expertise in the senior living and healthcare referral industry, learn to analyze CRM data for pipeline optimization, and have the opportunity to influence sales strategies through testing new processes and initiatives in your territory.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree preferred
- • 3-5 years of outside sales experience as an individual contributor with exceptional prospecting and lead generation abilities
- • Knowledge of the Senior Living Industry
- • Hospital/skilled nursing facility sales experience
- • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and collaborating with other teams
- • Must be relationship driven with a strategic mindset
- • Successfully demonstrated experience in presenting to target customers and overcoming objections
- • Thrives in a fast-paced, change-infused, independent environment with willingness to test new processes
- • Hungry to learn and improve with a strong competitive approach
- • Expected to travel daily into accounts in your territory during the 5-day business week
- • Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
- • Effective time management skills
- • Technologically focused and proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, and a CRM (Salesforce preferred)
🏖️ Benefits
- • Base Salary: $85,000-90,000
- • On Target Earnings: $120,000-125,000+ (Uncapped)
