  • • As a Healthcare Account Executive at A Place for Mom, you will serve as the primary liaison between the company and healthcare facilities in your territory, driving lead generation and move-ins to senior living communities by building relationships with hospital and skilled nursing facility staff to support families during discharge transitions.
  • • Your day-to-day responsibilities include generating daily qualified patient referrals, maintaining and growing a portfolio of client accounts (social workers, case managers, discharge planners), conducting networking and cold calls, delivering service presentations, educating families on care options, collaborating with Healthcare Senior Living Advisors to meet monthly quotas, leveraging CRM data to manage your pipeline, and piloting new initiatives to improve sales tools and processes.

  • • In this role, you will develop advanced skills in strategic account management, consultative sales, healthcare industry navigation, CRM analytics, and cross-functional collaboration, while contributing directly to the company’s mission of helping families find care during critical transitions.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • • 3-5 years of outside sales experience as an individual contributor with exceptional prospecting and lead generation abilities
  • • Knowledge of the Senior Living Industry
  • • Hospital/skilled nursing facility sales experience
  • • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and collaborating with other teams
  • • Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
  • • Technologically proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, and CRM (Salesforce preferred)
  • • Expected to travel daily within territory during the 5-day business week

  • • On Target Earnings: $115,000+ (Uncapped)
