  • • As a Healthcare Business Analyst, you will be instrumental in building the backbone of our care delivery system. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a direct and visible impact on the lives of patients, the effectiveness of therapists, and the scalability of our operations within a fast-paced environment.
  • • You will collaborate closely with leadership and cross-functional teams on strategic projects spanning clinical operations, care coordination, payer operations, and more, driving our mission forward.
  • • **Support Clinical Operations:** Play a key role in developing and refining the workflows that ensure a seamless and efficient onboarding process for both patients and therapists onto the Sailor Health platform. This includes actively tracking onboarding performance metrics, identifying and addressing bottlenecks, and continuously improving the overall patient and therapist experience from the very first interaction.
  • • **Monitor Key Operational Metrics:** Take ownership of tracking, analyzing, and reporting on critical operational metrics that are vital to our success. This encompasses key performance indicators such as patient retention rates, Net Promoter Score (NPS), clinical outcomes achieved, and billing performance. Your insights will empower leadership to understand what strategies are effective and where to direct focus for optimization.
  • • **Contribute to Care Coordination and Product Feedback:** Work hand-in-hand with our clinical and product development teams to transform frontline data and operational insights into actionable improvements. You will help translate real-world observations into enhancements that refine how therapists deliver care, how patients remain engaged with their treatment plans, and how our platform evolves to better support the needs of both user groups.
  • • **Collaborate on Product Roadmap Development:** Partner with our engineering and design departments to translate frontline insights and operational requirements into tangible product features. Your contributions will directly influence the development of tools that enhance care coordination, empower therapists with better functionalities, and improve patient engagement strategies.
  • • **Drive Process Improvement:** Proactively identify opportunities for process optimization across various operational areas. You will be empowered to propose and implement solutions that increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance the overall quality of care delivery.
  • • **Data Analysis and Reporting:** Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize key performance indicators and operational trends. You will be responsible for presenting findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  • • **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Engage with diverse teams, including clinical, product, engineering, and operations, to gather information, share insights, and drive alignment on strategic initiatives.
  • • **Problem Solving:** Apply analytical and critical thinking skills to diagnose complex operational challenges and develop effective, data-driven solutions.
  • • **Documentation:** Create and maintain clear, comprehensive documentation for processes, workflows, and system configurations to ensure consistency and facilitate knowledge sharing.
  • • **Support Strategic Initiatives:** Assist leadership in evaluating new opportunities, conducting market research, and developing business cases for strategic projects that align with Sailor Health's growth objectives.
  • • **User Experience Focus:** Champion the needs of both patients and therapists, ensuring that operational processes and platform features are intuitive, supportive, and contribute to a positive user experience.
