As a remote-first company, we are expanding our team and seeking a dynamic Healthcare Partnerships Associate to drive our growth in the San Francisco Bay Area.
  • • This is a pivotal, high-velocity sales role focused on building critical relationships that fuel our mission. You will be instrumental in expanding our network of "sold" providers, directly impacting patient access to care and driving demand within your designated territory. This is a "boots-on-the-ground" position requiring significant in-person engagement, with a minimum of three days per week spent in the field.
  • • You will own the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals. Leveraging provided lead lists, you will conduct aggressive outbound sourcing, engage in consultative selling, and expertly close partnerships with healthcare providers. Your responsibilities will encompass all aspects of in-person selling and ongoing relationship management for accounts within a 2.5-hour radius of your major metro area. Simultaneously, you will employ remote selling strategies for accounts situated outside this immediate geographic focus.
  • • The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in ambiguous, fast-paced environments and draws energy from building foundational relationships. You must be comfortable with a "0 to 1" environment, contributing to the growth of a rapidly scaling company that has already achieved 10x growth in the past year. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a tangible impact on a critical societal issue while honing your entrepreneurial acumen.
  • • Success in this role hinges on your ability to consistently exceed targets and build a robust pipeline of qualified leads. You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and securing partnerships with healthcare providers who align with Rula's mission and values. This involves understanding the unique needs and challenges of various healthcare stakeholders and articulating the value proposition of Rula's innovative mental health solutions.
  • • You will be expected to develop and execute strategic outreach plans, utilizing a combination of cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and in-person meetings. Building rapport and trust with potential partners will be paramount, as will your ability to navigate complex sales processes and overcome objections. The role demands a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
  • • Furthermore, you will play a key role in shaping Rula's go-to-market strategy within your territory. Your insights from field interactions and market analysis will be invaluable in refining our approach and identifying new opportunities for expansion. You will collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing and operations, to ensure a seamless provider onboarding experience and to support the ongoing success of our partnerships.
  • • This position requires a deep understanding of the healthcare landscape, particularly within mental health. You should be adept at communicating complex information clearly and persuasively, both verbally and in writing. A strong command of CRM tools for managing leads, tracking progress, and forecasting sales is essential.
