- ⢠As a High Touch Implementation Specialist at Ashby, you will be a founding member of a new team dedicated to delivering exceptional onboarding experiences for mid-market and enterprise customers, directly contributing to customer success, time-to-value, and long-term product adoption by managing end-to-end implementations that align with Ashbyâs mission of continuous improvement and customer-centric innovation.
- ⢠You will own the full lifecycle of 15 concurrent implementations lasting 4â8 weeks each, partnering closely with customers to design tailored implementation plans, configure Ashbyâs multi-module SaaS platform, drive adoption through training and change management, and ensure measurable outcomes are met â all while acting as the customerâs advocate and the internal voice of their needs across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success teams.

- ⢠In this role, you will deepen your expertise in enterprise SaaS implementation, change management, and cross-functional collaboration while gaining visibility into product strategy and customer success operations â positioning you to grow into leadership roles within Professional Services, Customer Success, or Product Management as Ashby scales.
đŻ Requirements
- ⢠Proven experience leading end-to-end implementation and onboarding projects in high-growth B2B SaaS environments, including scope definition, stakeholder alignment, milestone tracking, and delivery against expectations in a remote-first setting with up to 10% travel for customer engagements.
- ⢠Strong technical aptitude with complex, multi-module SaaS systems, including understanding of shared configuration, data models, relational data, analytics, and conditional logic â prior Ashby experience is a plus but not required.
- ⢠Demonstrated customer-centric mindset with expertise in change management, proactive communication, and building trusted relationships; you excel at translating customer needs into actionable implementation plans and advocating for their success internally.
