- ⢠As a founding member of Ashbyâs High Touch Implementation team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping a new implementation offering designed to elevate the customer experience for mid-market and smaller enterprise clients, directly contributing to Ashbyâs mission of delivering exceptional value through its B2B SaaS platform.
- ⢠You will manage a book of 12-15 active implementations simultaneously, each spanning 4-8 weeks, guiding customers from contract to live use by developing tailored implementation plans, ensuring timely time-to-value, and serving as their proactive advocate throughout the onboarding journey.
- ⢠You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Customer Success, Sales, Product, Engineering, and Operations to align on scope, resolve blockers, and continuously refine implementation processes based on customer feedback and internal learnings.
- ⢠Your day-to-day will involve leading end-to-end project execution: defining scope, aligning stakeholders, communicating progress, managing timelines, and delivering results against agreed-upon expectations in a remote-first environment with occasional travel (<10%) for customer engagements.
- ⢠You will leverage your technical aptitude to navigate Ashbyâs multi-module SaaS system, applying analytics, conditional logic, and relational data understanding to configure solutions that meet complex customer needs, while advising on best practices to maximize product adoption and value realization.
- ⢠You will act as the voice of the customer internally, synthesizing insights from implementations to drive product and process improvements, and coaching customers through change management to ensure smooth adoption of new workflows and systems.

- ⢠Extensive experience leading implementation and onboarding projects in high-growth B2B SaaS environments, including defining scope, aligning stakeholders, communicating project plans, and delivering results against agreed-upon expectations.
- ⢠Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent implementations (12-15 active at a time) with strong project management skills, including tracking milestones, mitigating risks, and maintaining momentum in a remote-first setting.
- ⢠Technical proficiency with complex, multi-module SaaS systems, including understanding shared configuration and data models, comfort with analytics, conditional logic, and relational data structures.
- ⢠Demonstrated customer centricity: ability to deeply understand customer needs, tailor implementations accordingly, build strong relationships through proactive engagement, and serve as a trusted advisor and advocate.
- ⢠Experience in change management, guiding customers through system transitions and new workflows with empathy and clarity to ensure adoption and minimize disruption.
- ⢠Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, effectively partnering with teams across Customer Success, Sales, Product, Engineering, and Operations to align on goals and resolve dependencies.
- ⢠Data-driven mindset: using metrics and analytics to inform decisions, measure implementation success, and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- ⢠Excellent communication skills: ability to distill complex technical concepts into clear, simple themes and ask precise clarifying questions to uncover underlying needs.
