  • • Join the fast-growing BrandCycle team as our Holiday Marketing Intern and help power the most profitable season for 7,000+ influencers and 700+ premium retail partners. From Black Friday countdown campaigns to last-minute gift guides, you will own end-to-end execution of holiday-focused initiatives that directly impact millions of shoppers and drive eight-figure revenue.
  • • Own the creation, scheduling, and optimization of holiday content calendars across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, and blogs. You’ll translate brand briefs into scroll-stopping creative briefs, source trending audio and visuals, and ensure every post is tagged, tracked, and ready to convert.
  • • Build and QA exclusive holiday deal pages for Coach, Kate Spade, Nordstrom, Target, Converse, Crocs, Michael Kors, and 50+ additional partners. You’ll write SEO-rich copy, crop lifestyle imagery, set up UTMs, and monitor real-time performance dashboards to maximize click-through and commission.
  • • Coordinate daily communication between influencers and brand contacts during the peak November–December sprint. You’ll field last-minute asset requests, negotiate extended promo codes, and troubleshoot tracking issues so creators can focus on storytelling while revenue keeps flowing.
  • • Analyze live campaign data in Google Analytics, Shopify, Impact, and our proprietary dashboard to surface hourly insights. You’ll flag breakout products, recommend bid adjustments, and present “what’s working” recaps to senior leadership every morning so budgets can be reallocated on the fly.
  • • Spearhead a new micro-influencer gifting program: identify 100 high-engagement creators under 50 K followers, negotiate product seeding, and craft personalized unboxing scripts that generate authentic user-generated content and incremental sales without paid spend.
  • • Design A/B tests for subject lines, push-notification copy, and landing-page hero images. You’ll document hypotheses, run statistical significance checks, and package learnings into a post-holiday playbook that will guide strategy for Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day campaigns.
  • • Collaborate with StackCommerce’s design, engineering, and merchandising teams to launch a shoppable holiday gift guide microsite. You’ll wireframe page layouts, curate product collections, and embed interactive quizzes that match shoppers to perfect gifts while capturing first-party data.
  • • Monitor social listening alerts for brand safety, trending hashtags, and competitor moves. When Crocs suddenly drops a limited-edition clog or Target restocks a viral Stanley cup, you’ll alert our creator network within minutes so they can ride the wave and capture intent traffic.
  • • Present a final capstone to the VP of Marketing that quantifies your impact: incremental revenue driven, conversion-rate lifts, influencer satisfaction scores, and at least three scalable process improvements that BrandCycle can implement before the next holiday cycle.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a bachelor’s program in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • • Demonstrated experience managing at least one social media account (personal, club, or internship) with measurable engagement metrics
  • • Proficiency in Google Workspace, Excel pivot tables, and basic HTML/CSS for light CMS edits
  • • Nice-to-have: familiarity with affiliate networks (Impact, Rakuten, ShareASale) and influencer platforms (AspireIQ, Grin, LTK)
