- • Own the heartbeat of our APAC revenue engine. As Senior Operations Specialist you will be the single point of accountability for flawless execution across sales support, customer onboarding, data integrity, and system reliability for 1840 & Company’s fastest-growing region.
- • Escalation & Issue Resolution: Act as the ultimate troubleshooter for process-related questions that stump front-line teams. You will triage, diagnose, and resolve issues within SLA, and when necessary step in as acting Team Lead in daily stand-ups, weekly syncs, and cross-functional war rooms.
- • Data Stewardship & Insight Generation: Monitor mission-critical KPIs such as xDR Waterfall, Dials-to-Connect (D2C) ratios, and pipeline health. You will spot anomalies before they become revenue leaks, perform root-cause analyses, and build lightweight yet accurate reports that reduce Systems-team backlog by at least 30 %.
- • Customer Onboarding Excellence: Design and run a repeatable three-week onboarding program for every new client. You will configure LaunchQ systems, validate data uploads, deliver live training, and ensure a frictionless hand-off to dedicated Operations Specialists—cutting ramp-up time by 20 %.
- • Tier-1 Technical Support: Be the first responder for password resets, user provisioning, and bulk data imports via Salesforce Service Cloud. You will own the ticket queue, maintain a 95 % first-touch resolution rate, and keep all stakeholders updated in real time.
- • Process Optimization & Auditing: Conduct weekly spot-checks and monthly deep-dive audits on sales workflows, omni-channel sequences, and compliance checkpoints. You will document gaps, propose fixes, and partner with the Team Lead to roll out improvements that raise quality scores above 90 %.
- • Systems SME & Enablement: Serve as the go-to expert on LaunchQ, Salesforce, and performance-tracking dashboards. You will create quick-reference guides, run lunch-and-learn sessions, and champion best practices that empower 50+ remote team members across five countries.
- • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work shoulder-to-shoulder with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Delivery teams to translate business needs into operational requirements. You will translate technical jargon into plain language and vice versa, ensuring alignment from C-suite to front-line reps.
- • Light Project Leadership: When new tools or workflows are introduced, you will draft project charters, build timelines, and coordinate UAT—delivering pilots on time and under budget without derailing BAU operations.
- • Continuous Improvement Mindset: Maintain a living backlog of pain points and enhancement ideas. You will prioritize initiatives using impact/effort scoring and present monthly wins to senior leadership, driving a culture of relentless refinement.
- • Remote-First Excellence: Thrive in a fully remote environment by mastering asynchronous communication, documenting decisions in Notion or Confluence, and keeping global time-zone coverage seamless.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field
- • Proven experience in operations, sales support, or business data analysis
- • Demonstrated hands-on experience with Salesforce (case management, reporting, or email/chat support)
- • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups, Power Query) and PowerPoint
- • Strong analytical ability to dissect trends, resolve data issues, and deliver actionable insights
