• • The Home Based DCX Supplier Trainee role is an entry-level position designed to develop foundational skills for supporting promotional product businesses and global clients through the DCX Academy, offering a pathway to high-performing virtual professional roles with exposure to diverse industries and client-facing opportunities.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include profiling and prospecting non-targeted customer groups via outbound calls, sourcing new opportunities using marketing tools, updating customer profiles in CRM, identifying and reporting trends in the promotional products industry, and providing detailed product and service information to customers via phone, email, and web.
