📋 Description
- • As Regional Vice President of Sales for Germany & Austria at Cloudera, you will lead a sales team to drive revenue growth and market share in the DACH region by managing enterprise customer relationships and aligning sales strategies with company objectives.
- • You will manage a team of individual contributors, maintain and expand the customer base, recommend product lines, implement trade promotions, and lead large-scale transactions to close significant deals while forecasting business and communicating competitive intelligence.
- • Cloudera empowers organizations to transform complex data into actionable insights, serving as a trusted data partner for top global enterprises powered by open-source innovation and digital transformation expertise.
- • You will develop business plans, own account relationships, build consensus across executive sponsors and decision-makers, exceed quarterly and annual sales goals, and grow professionally through continued career development opportunities within a high-energy, mission-driven sales leadership team.
🎯 Requirements
- • At least 15 years of sales experience selling enterprise software across Germany and Austria
- • Relevant experience managing Sales teams
- • Proven ability to motivate team members
- • Consistent achievement with a background in exceeding quota

- • Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills
