- • The Home Based DCX Team Leader role at Delegate CX Inc. is pivotal in driving team performance and client satisfaction by ensuring team members consistently meet and exceed expectations in task completion, attendance, and service quality. This role bridges operational execution and client success, making it essential for maintaining high standards in a fast-paced BPO environment supporting U.S.-based SMBs.
- • Day to day, the Team Leader will ensure client services team members meet client expectations, conduct ongoing training for new hires and tenured employees, track and manage employee attendance, complete regular performance reviews, provide coaching and mentoring for performance issues, collaborate with cross-functional teams on operational concerns, alert sales and hiring teams when new hires are needed, and regularly report to Customer Success Management leadership on key metrics including team performance, goals, attendance, and emerging issues.
- • The team operates within Delegate CX Inc., a leading BPO provider specializing in back-office services for growth-minded small and medium-sized businesses in the United States. 🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum 3 years of experience in a team lead or supervisory role
- • Minimum 3 years of experience working in the BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) industry
- • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and broader Microsoft Office Suite
- • Strong written and spoken English skills (very proficient level)
- • Demonstrated ability to multitask, organize workflows, and maintain accurate documentation
- • Proven track record as a results-driven, solution-oriented professional with strong empathy and customer relation skills
