📋 Description

• • The Responsible AI Program Lead supports the operational, analytical, and coordination needs of Mercy’s Enterprise Responsible AI Program, translating ethical AI standards into actionable workflows and stakeholder experiences.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include supporting governance operations, managing knowledge assets, facilitating cross-functional coordination, assisting with risk screening, preparing reports, and supporting strategic AI readiness projects.
• • Mercy is a healthcare organization committed to innovation, technology, and compassion, with a growing Responsible AI Program that ensures ethical and compliant AI use across clinical, operational, technical, legal, and vendor teams.
• • In this role, the individual will develop expertise in AI governance, healthcare compliance, program management, and ethical technology deployment, while contributing to Mercy’s leadership in responsible AI adoption and gaining experience in stakeholder engagement, documentation, and metrics reporting.
