  • • The Home-Based Inside Sales Representative at Delegate CX Inc. plays a critical role in driving revenue and enhancing customer experience by serving as the primary liaison between distributor partners and the sales team, ensuring seamless project execution and long-term relationship building in the promotional products industry.
  • • Day-to-day responsibilities include acting as the main point of contact for assigned distributor partners, building relationships with buyers and sales reps, supporting sales teams with product recommendations and pricing guidance, and providing responsive, knowledgeable service that makes Fossa easy to work with.
  • • The role involves managing quote and opportunity pipelines in HubSpot, responding promptly to quote requests, tracking opportunities, recommending product upgrades to increase order value, and actively following up to drive conversion and maintain accurate pipeline visibility.
  • • Proactive pipeline development is essential, including outreach to distributor buyers, re-engaging dormant accounts, collaborating with leadership and Sales Operations to prioritize high-potential accounts, and maintaining consistent follow-up to ensure a healthy sales pipeline.
  • • The representative educates distributors on Fossa’s apparel collection and retail-inspired products, recommends styles based on end-client needs, assists in developing corporate merchandise and branded apparel programs, and supports creation of virtual mockups and product presentations.
  • • Coordinating sample requests, ensuring timely delivery, tracking sample activity in CRM, following up post-sample receipt, and converting sampling activity into active sales opportunities are key functions of the role.
  • • Maintaining CRM discipline is critical, requiring accurate recording of distributor activity, opportunities, and communication in HubSpot, updating deal stages and contact details, and adhering to CRM processes set by the Sales Operations Manager.
  • • Cross-functional collaboration with operations, customer care, and leadership ensures smooth order execution, early communication of distributor needs and potential issues, and a team environment focused on distributor success and customer experience.
  • • Performance is measured by revenue contribution, quote response time, quote-to-order conversion rate, pipeline creation, distributor engagement, CRM data accuracy, and sample-to-order conversion rates.
  • • The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field, with 1–2 years of direct inside sales, account support, or business development experience preferred.
  • • Strong verbal and written English communication skills are essential, along with the ability to work overnight or graveyard shifts in Philippine time to align with US operating hours (8:00 AM–5:00 PM CST, Monday–Friday).
  • • Technical proficiency in Microsoft and Google applications is required, with basic exposure to HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo considered ideal.
  • • Experience with CRM platforms like HubSpot or Salesforce is preferred, as is comfort working in the fast-paced promotional products industry and confidently recommending products and advancing opportunities.
