  • • As a Home-Based Production Coordinator at Delegate CX Inc., you will be at the forefront of managing and optimizing the day-to-day operations for our client services team. This pivotal role involves a comprehensive oversight of purchasing, production workflows, and overall operational efficiency, ensuring seamless execution from order placement to final delivery.
  • • You will be entrusted with the critical task of monitoring and meticulously tracking all incoming orders. This includes ensuring that order confirmations are accurately documented and that all vendor communications are logged. Your vigilance will be key in aligning orders with delivery schedules, guaranteeing that our clients receive their products precisely when expected.
  • • A significant aspect of your role will involve ensuring the accuracy of Purchase Orders (POs). You will be responsible for issuing POs to suppliers, meticulously verifying that they include the correct client artwork files and all necessary specifications, thereby preventing errors and delays in the production process.
  • • You will act as a key liaison between Delegate CX Inc. and our network of suppliers and vendors. This involves proactively contacting them to obtain real-time order status updates, proofs for approval, and crucial tracking information for all in-house orders, keeping all stakeholders informed.
  • • Your responsibilities extend to actively engaging with vendors to gather essential information such as current inventory levels, competitive pricing, freight quotes, and estimated lead times. This data will be crucial for making informed decisions and managing client expectations effectively.
  • • You will be the primary point of contact for clients regarding their orders, utilizing professional email templates to provide timely updates on order status, logistics, and any potential changes. Your communication will be instrumental in maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
  • • Providing exceptional customer service means offering timely support, conducting thorough research, and delivering clear feedback on order progress, changes, and addressing any customer or vendor inquiries with promptness and professionalism.
  • • You will coordinate all shipping and freight arrangements, ensuring that customers receive their shipment tracking numbers promptly.
