• • As a Home-Based Telemarketer at Delegate CX Inc., you will play a vital role in supporting U.S.-based clients in the recycling and dumpster rental industry by driving lead generation, managing customer relationships, and contributing to business growth through proactive outreach and relationship-building. Your work directly impacts client success by ensuring qualified opportunities are identified and passed to sales teams, making you an essential link in the customer acquisition funnel.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include managing leads by creating and updating opportunities in CRM systems, maintaining accurate customer data, and ensuring timely follow-ups. You will call provided leads, upcoming job sites, and existing clients to gather project details such as start dates, contacts, and scope using ZoomInfo. You will accurately pass qualified opportunities to sales representatives, provide basic pricing or quotes when appropriate using approved guidelines, and call existing customers to promote additional services beyond dumpster rental. Additional duties involve identifying and researching new contacts using ZoomInfo and defined target markets, sending outbound emails during off-peak hours using provided scripts, and assisting in refining and creating call and email scripts to improve campaign effectiveness.
