- • Install a variety of energy-saving measures in residential homes, including attic insulation (batts and blown), air sealing with caulking, LED lighting, low-flow showerheads, baseboard upgrades, programmable thermostats, and electric water heaters
- • Perform minor repairs on windows, doors, and other household components to enhance energy efficiency and safety
- • Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment using a company-provided vehicle for daily job site operations
- • Ensure all installations strictly comply with utility program standards and quality guidelines to maintain certification and customer satisfaction
- • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to energy systems in accordance with utility specifications and safety protocols
- • Complete daily documentation, reporting, and status updates for each job site to ensure accurate records and program compliance
- • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site at all times, adhering to OSHA and program-specific safety standards
- • Support job site setup and breakdown at customer homes, including protecting flooring and furnishings during installations
- • Conduct combustion appliance testing to verify the safe and proper operation of heating systems, water heaters, and other fuel-burning appliances
- • Work independently across a designated territory in the greater Memphis, TN area, managing time and logistics efficiently
- • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure consistent service quality and timely completion of assigned tasks
- • Operate hand and power tools with repetitive motion in confined spaces such as crawl spaces, attics, and under mobile homes
- • Use ladders up to three stories high and safely lift, carry, and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds as required
- • Work in varying weather conditions, including extreme heat and cold, while maintaining productivity and safety standards
- • Adhere to all company policies regarding driving, including maintaining a valid driver’s license and clean motor vehicle record
- • Pass a post-offer, pre-employment drug test and remain compliant with ongoing drug and alcohol testing requirements
- • Follow all federal, state, and local transportation regulations if DOT requirements apply to the role
- • Participate in on-demand training courses to enhance technical skills and career advancement opportunities
- • Represent CLEAResult with professionalism and respect during all customer interactions, upholding the company’s people-first culture
🎯 Requirements
- • 1–3 years of experience in residential construction, field service, in-home customer service, or installation work
- • Basic plumbing and/or electrical experience required
- • High school diploma or GED required
- • BPI certification preferred, or willingness to obtain within 3–6 months (company-sponsored)
- • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- • Ability to work independently while also leading and supporting a team
