🎯 Requirements

• Proven leadership experience, including managing and scheduling teams of 50+, with a strong track record in recruitment, training, performance management, and team development.
• Demonstrated financial management expertise, including full P&L oversight, budgeting, payroll, and accounts receivable management.
• Solid operations management background, encompassing inventory control and facility maintenance.
• A proactive and coachable mindset, with a genuine desire for personal and professional growth.
• Willingness to be physically present and accessible within the hospital environment, as this is not a remote position.
• Ability to work effectively in a demanding environment, including exposure to strong odors and potentially noisy conditions.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required by hospital operational needs.
