- • As an HR Analyst at NICE Ltd., you will play a pivotal role in transforming HR data into strategic insights that drive business performance across a global enterprise. This position sits at the critical intersection of HR, operations, and analytics, enabling data-informed decision-making that supports workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, and employee experience initiatives.
- • You will be responsible for overseeing the integrity and accuracy of HR data, managing headcount forecasting and tracking, analyzing workforce trends, and delivering actionable insights to stakeholders across HR, CX, Finance, Sales Ops, and global teams. Your work will directly influence talent strategy, operational efficiency, and business outcomes through rigorous analysis and clear communication.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining and cleaning HR data systems, generating executive reports using Excel and Power BI, identifying root causes behind performance trends, automating recurring reporting processes, and supporting HR operations for the CX organization in Israel. You will also partner with shared service centers to address employee inquiries, update HR systems, and ensure timely delivery of HR reports and analytics.
- • You will lead and support HR projects and programs as needed, design process improvements to enhance data workflows, and create compelling presentations that translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for senior leadership and cross-functional partners.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree (BA or B.S) in a relevant field such as HR, Business, Analytics, Statistics, or a related discipline.
- • Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR operations and people analytics, preferably within a global or multinational organization.
- • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex functions, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, charting, and data modeling.
- • Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Power BI for report creation, dashboard development, and data visualization.
- • Familiarity with HR systems and databases, with preference for candidates experienced in data-focused or reporting roles.
- • Strong analytical mindset with exposure to statistics, R, Python, or other analytical tools (preferred but not required).
- • Excellent communication skills in both English and Hebrew, with the ability to present insights clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
- • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently and collaboratively, and build strong relationships with stakeholders across functions and geographies.
- • Willingness to work a later schedule to accommodate collaboration with the US-based team.
