  • • Partner with C-level executives and senior leadership to develop and execute People strategies aligned with the organization’s business objectives and long-term growth goals.
  • • Serve as a strategic advisor to business leaders by analyzing performance metrics, translating business challenges into effective HR solutions, and driving organizational effectiveness and productivity.
  • • Lead initiatives in talent management, including succession planning, career development, and building pipelines of future leaders across all levels of the organization.
  • • Oversee and improve talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies to meet evolving business needs and ensure workforce alignment with strategic priorities.
  • • Provide expert guidance on HR policies and practices related to compensation, benefits, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with local labor laws.
  • • Act as a confidential resource for employees and leaders to navigate complex workplace issues, resolve conflicts, and facilitate constructive dialogue.
  • • Drive employee engagement strategies and ensure organizational culture consistently reflects the company’s mission, vision, and values.
  • • Lead culture transformation and workforce planning initiatives, identifying opportunities to enhance employee experience and foster a positive, productive work environment.
  • • Leverage People data—including turnover rates, engagement scores, and performance metrics—to identify trends, make data-driven recommendations, and measure the impact of HR initiatives on business outcomes.
  • • Utilize AI tools to analyze workforce data, inform people strategies, and increase operational efficiency within the HR function.
  • • Champion the adoption of AI and advanced analytics across HR processes, demonstrating willingness to learn, experiment, and implement emerging technologies to support functional goals.
  • • Lead change management efforts during major organizational transitions such as mergers, acquisitions, or restructuring, ensuring minimal disruption and smooth implementation.
  • • Influence and secure buy-in from senior leadership by effectively communicating HR plans, aligning them with business outcomes, and navigating resistance or misalignment to achieve consensus.
  • • Collaborate with enterprise-wide People teams to advocate for the needs of assigned business units in the design and rollout of company-wide HR programs and policies.
  • • Coach and provide feedback to leaders to enhance their management capabilities and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • • Maintain strong business literacy by understanding the financial position, competitive landscape, and short- to long-term strategic goals of the assigned business function.
  • • Work independently and as part of a cross-functional team in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities.
  • • Maintain proficiency in HR systems and technology to support efficient operations and data integrity across HR processes.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred
  • • Minimum of 7 years of experience on a People team (HR), with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role
  • • Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) highly desirable
  • • Strong business acumen with deep understanding of organizational goals, challenges, and financial performance
  • • Expertise in HR principles including employee relations, organizational design, performance management, and succession planning
  • • Ability to influence senior leadership and drive change at the executive level

🏖️ Benefits

  • • Compensation range of $134,000.00 - $201,000.00 base pay
  • • Eligibility for additional rewards including discretionary merit increases, bonus, and/or stock
  • • Remote work location within the United States
  • • Opportunity for occasional travel
