Do you possess a flexible schedule, with 8 to 20 hours per week available to dedicate to a project that will significantly impact the future of artificial intelligence? 10Xteam Inc. is actively seeking accomplished HR professionals based within the EU or UK to contribute their invaluable insights to the refinement and enhancement of sophisticated AI systems.
- • As a key contributor to 10Xteam, a premier platform connecting fractional and freelance professionals with leading AI laboratories, you will play a pivotal role in advancing large-scale AI models. This is a hands-on position with a profound impact, where your daily activities will directly shape the capabilities and accuracy of AI in the realm of Human Resources and people operations.
- • Your core responsibilities will involve meticulously reviewing and refining AI-generated outputs across a diverse spectrum of HR-related topics. This includes, but is not limited to, talent acquisition and planning, employee relations, organizational development and change management, performance management, compensation and benefits, HR compliance, and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives.
- • A critical aspect of your role will be to rigorously evaluate the technical accuracy, adherence to established HR best practices, and compliance with current industry standards and legal frameworks of the AI's responses. You will act as a crucial quality assurance gatekeeper, ensuring that the AI's understanding and application of HR principles are both sound and practical.
- • Furthermore, you will be tasked with the creative development of realistic and nuanced HR scenarios. These scenarios will encompass a wide array of challenges, from complex employee relations issues and strategic talent management dilemmas to intricate organizational change processes, critical compliance situations, and sensitive diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) challenges. The depth and authenticity of these scenarios will be paramount in training the AI.
- • To ensure comprehensive training and robust AI reasoning, you will be required to generate multiple variations of the same scenario. This will involve adopting different perspectives and roles, such as that of an HR Business Partner, a People Manager, an individual Employee, or a Compliance Lead. This multi-faceted approach will help the AI understand the interplay of different stakeholders and their motivations within HR contexts.
- • A significant part of your contribution will involve identifying subtle gaps, potential misinterpretations, or oversimplified reasoning within the AI-generated content. You will need to critically assess where the AI falls short in its understanding or application of HR concepts and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
- • Your expertise will also be crucial in assessing and enhancing the AI's reasoning capabilities, particularly concerning structured problem-solving, the handling of edge cases, and the accurate application of theoretical HR concepts to practical situations. You will guide the AI towards more sophisticated and context-aware decision-making.
