• • Your core responsibilities will involve meticulously reviewing and refining AI-generated outputs across a diverse spectrum of HR-related topics. This includes, but is not limited to, talent acquisition and planning, employee relations, organizational development and change management, performance management, compensation and benefits, HR compliance, and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives.
• • A critical aspect of your role will be to rigorously evaluate the technical accuracy, adherence to established HR best practices, and compliance with current industry standards and legal frameworks of the AI's responses. You will act as a crucial quality assurance gatekeeper, ensuring that the AI's understanding and application of HR principles are both sound and practical.
