- • Independently leads end-to-end complex organizational design and operating model initiatives, diagnosing talent needs and designing fit-for-purpose strategies.
- • Leads cross-functional, high-impact HR programs and initiatives with broad organizational reach.
- • Accountable for strategic inputs that shape workforce plans and cost-of-labor targets, partnering with business leaders, Finance, and Workforce Planning teams to ensure alignment.
- • Serves as a trusted advisor and strategic catalyst to senior executive leaders, providing coaching and delivering difficult messages when necessary.
- • Mentors and provides leadership guidance to HR Business Partners, HR advisors, and Center of Excellence (COE) partners, seeking diverse perspectives to inform strategy development.
- • Operates as “One HR,” partnering with COE leaders to evaluate and drive HR approaches and processes, ensuring improved outcomes aligned with evolving business needs.
- • Continuously evaluates HR processes and systems to identify opportunities for improvement and drive better outcomes in response to changing business demands.
- • Proactively identifies talent risks, organizational blind spots, and external talent trends to inform strategic decision-making and drive people-related business outcomes.
- • Ensures all business activities comply with risk and compliance policies, effectively identifying, measuring, monitoring, and controlling HR-related risks.
- • Requires in-office presence 4 days per week at the San Antonio Home Office; relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates.
- • This is an individual contributor role that influences stakeholders across the organization without direct managerial authority over HR teams.
- • Multiple positions available; candidates must be eligible to work in the U.S. without current or future visa sponsorship.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree or 4 additional years of related experience beyond the minimum required may be substituted in lieu of a degree.
- • 8 years of relevant work experience in human resource disciplines or business consulting/analysis with a focus on strategic initiatives.
- • 5 years of experience developing and leading talent solutions aligned to business objectives as an HR Business Partner or in a similar role.
- • Demonstrated experience using data and insights to tell impactful stories and influence senior leaders on complex matters, including creating executive-level artifacts to drive decisions.
- • Extensive experience designing long-term HR strategies aligned to business objectives and driving meaningful change in a matrixed environment.
- • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to holistically analyze situations and determine integrated outcomes.
