- • As an HR Business Partner for the EMEA region at NICE Ltd., you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Agentic line of business by aligning HR strategy with business objectives across Germany, the UK, the Netherlands, and Spain. This position is critical to driving organizational effectiveness, fostering a high-performance culture, and ensuring HR initiatives directly contribute to business success in a fast-paced, global technology environment.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include partnering with senior leadership to develop and execute HR plans, leading organizational design and workforce planning efforts, managing end-to-end change management initiatives—including post-merger integration (PMI) activities—and providing leadership coaching to managers at all levels. You will assess training needs, deliver both individual and group training sessions, analyze HR metrics such as retention and employee experience to inform action plans, and collaborate with Finance on headcount planning and reporting. Additionally, you will support compensation processes including salary reviews, promotions, and job re-leveling, manage employee relations with fairness and sensitivity, partner with Talent Acquisition on recruitment and internal mobility, and design innovative employee engagement initiatives tailored to your client group.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Management, Communications, or a related technical field, or equivalent professional experience
- • 3–5 years of proven experience as an HR Business Partner in a complex, matrixed, or global organization
- • Fluency in both German and English, written and spoken, to effectively engage with stakeholders across the EMEA region
- • Demonstrated ability to balance strategic HR initiatives with tactical execution, including headcount planning, compensation support, and employee relations
- • Strong business acumen and the ability to translate business goals into HR solutions that drive performance and engagement
- • Experience managing change initiatives, including organizational redesign and post-merger integration (PMI) work
