📋 Description

• HR Business Partner managing day-to-day relationship and operations for a large US-based enterprise client, overseeing communications and coordination across 250+ India-based employees supporting the client.
• Primary point of contact between internal HR and operations teams, client hiring managers, and key stakeholders in procurement and finance to maintain high-touch, high-trust relationships.
• Ensuring seamless employee experience from onboarding to ongoing engagement and retention for India-based team supporting the client.
• Supporting strong employee experience and operational excellence within a global capability center environment.

🎯 Requirements

• Background in HR delivery, talent operations, or workforce management at a global firm or large global capability center.
• Experience managing relationships with enterprise clients and internal stakeholders across HR, operations, procurement, and finance.
• Ability to oversee communications and coordination for large teams (250+ employees) in a global delivery model.
• Experience supporting onboarding, employee engagement, and retention initiatives.
