- • HR Business Partner role supporting UK/EMEA employees and leadership teams as a trusted adviser on all people matters, ensuring compliant, consistent, and people-centered HR delivery.
- • Partnering closely with business leaders to drive people strategies aligned with Azul's objectives, focusing on employee relations, employment law compliance, benefits management, organizational effectiveness, and colleague wellbeing.
- • Acting as a key HR contact for UK and EMEA, collaborating with global HR and business operations teams to deliver excellence across corporate and EMEA offices and remote locations.
- • Reporting to the Head of Global HR and working in partnership with Head of Compensation & Benefits, Head of Talent Acquisition, and HR Operations and HR/admin support colleagues.
- • Opportunity to shape HR practices, influence culture, and make a tangible impact on the employee experience while scaling UK and EMEA operations and expanding Azul's global footprint.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar HR role within fast-paced technology organizations.
- • Strong knowledge of UK and EMEA employment law and HR compliance requirements.
- • Demonstrated ability to partner with business leaders to develop and execute people strategies aligned with business objectives.
- • Experience in employee relations, benefits management, organizational effectiveness, and colleague wellbeing initiatives.
- • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to serve as a trusted adviser and collaborate effectively across global teams.
