• • The HR Central Representative serves as the first point of contact for employee-related inquiries and issues, utilizing a case management system to support employee experience and HR operations.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include assessing case complexity, resolving or escalating issues, maintaining employee data in HR systems, providing end-user support for HR applications, leveraging knowledge management tools, identifying trends in inquiries, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, developing HR acumen, following SOPs, partnering with HR Centers of Excellence, and participating in special projects.
