• HR Coordinator role supporting employees across Blackbird Interactive, a creative-fueled, future-driven independent game studio, helping deliver people programs and improve HR processes to foster a fun, inclusive, and high-performing workplace.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include supporting employees, collaborating with HR team, managers, and staff, leveraging HR systems to improve efficiency, managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment, and contributing to employee engagement and program delivery.
• Blackbird Interactive is a remote-first studio offering flexible work arrangements, focused on long-term career growth for talent working on world-class IPs and original creations across multiple genres, with hiring limited to candidates legally eligible to work in Canada and residing within Canada.
