📋 Description

• • As an HR Generalist at Swarmer AI Inc., you will serve as the primary People Operations partner for the U.S. team, ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations while acting as the first point of contact for employees on the ground. Your role is critical in maintaining compliant, structured, and human-centered HR practices that support a mission-driven defense technology company.
• • You will own and manage employee records and HR documentation in compliance with U.S. regulations, lead end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes, facilitate trial period check-ins and 1:1s, administer benefits and insurance programs, and serve as the go-to resource for HR-related questions from onsite employees.
• • Swarmer AI Inc. develops autonomous drone software that enables coordinated, pilotless operations — technology battle-tested in Ukraine and now publicly traded on NASDAQ following a $15M Series A. The company operates at the intersection of engineering rigor and frontline reality, empowering democratic nations to defend themselves through resilient systems.
• • In this role, you will gain hands-on experience shaping U.S. HR practices from the ground up, collaborate directly with an experienced HR Director and global teams in Poland and Ukraine, and develop expertise in balancing operational HR excellence with meaningful employee engagement in a high-impact, fast-paced environment.
