- • The HR Generalist II role at Modivcare Inc. is responsible for supporting all Human Resources activities for a defined group, with a focus on employee relations, engagement, retention, and compliance, while improving efficiencies and customer support.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with HR guidance for changing people needs, supporting compliance with employment laws and corporate policies, implementing employee relations initiatives, maintaining accurate employment records, providing benefits orientation and enrollment, conducting investigations into workplace incidents, coaching managers, supporting policy implementation, assisting with terminations and unemployment claims, analyzing HR metrics like turnover and grievances, preparing internal communications, fostering a union-free positive work environment, identifying training needs, forecasting employment trends, and leading projects as assigned, with occasional business travel.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- • Three (3) plus years of Human Resources experience
- • Solid working knowledge of local, state and federal laws including FMLA, FLSA, OSHA, ADA, and wage and hour
- • Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Vlookups)
- • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and demonstrate flexibility
- • Strong PC skills; Microsoft Office & HR system experience
