- • Serve as the primary HR point of contact for employees across the organization, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- • Support the full lifecycle of employee onboarding, including coordinating documentation, orientation scheduling, and system access setup for new hires.
- • Assist in the administration of employee offboarding processes, ensuring compliance with company policy and legal requirements.
- • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS, ensuring data integrity across all HR systems.
- • Collaborate with hiring managers to support recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating offer letters.
- • Assist in the coordination of performance review cycles, including tracking deadlines, distributing forms, and collecting feedback.
- • Help administer employee benefits programs, answering questions related to health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and other perks.
- • Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement and retention.
- • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, including those related to payroll, workplace safety, and anti-discrimination.
- • Prepare and distribute HR communications to employees regarding policy updates, company announcements, and benefits enrollment periods.
- • Assist in the planning and execution of company-wide events, including team-building activities, recognition programs, and holiday celebrations.
- • Partner with leadership to address employee relations issues, conducting preliminary investigations and documenting outcomes.
- • Support diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts by helping to collect and analyze workforce data and promoting inclusive practices.
- • Maintain confidentiality of all employee information and handle sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism.
- • Adapt to evolving HR needs as the company scales, contributing to process improvements and operational efficiency.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR support role
- • Familiarity with HRIS systems and payroll administration
- • Knowledge of U.S. employment laws and compliance requirements
- • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, growing environment
