- ⢠As HR Lead at TENTENS Tech, you will serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, translating organizational goals into actionable people plans with measurable outcomes, ensuring HR initiatives directly support the companyās mission to scale international tech businesses serving over 20 million users globally.
- ⢠You will drive organizational design and capacity planning by defining structure, roles, grades, and headcount plans that align with business strategy and velocity, enabling teams to operate with the autonomy and accountability of a āCEO in their roleā under the 10/10ths performance culture.
- ⢠You will build and execute talent retention and development strategies, including succession planning, individual development plans, and career tracks, to nurture high-potential employees and sustain long-term organizational capability.
- ⢠You will own the end-to-end performance cycle ā goal setting, evaluation, calibration, and development ā ensuring transparency, fairness, and data-informed decisions without surprises, fostering trust and accountability across business zones.
- ⢠You will monitor and act on key HR metrics in partnership with business leaders, identifying root causes of variances, co-creating corrective actions, and demonstrating measurable impact on people outcomes tied to business results.
- ⢠You will cultivate strong stakeholder relationships by communicating effectively, influencing decisions, and navigating complex conversations to achieve win-win solutions, grounded in ownership, initiative, and a bias for action over process.
- ⢠You will coach and develop people managers in core competencies such as goal setting, delegation, feedback, and development, multiplying leadership impact across the 250+ person team.
- ⢠You will contribute to a culture of continuous learning and excellence by participating in internal professional clubs (marketing, engineering, finance, recruiting), attending training and conferences, and leveraging modern office spaces in Kyiv and Warsaw to collaborate and innovate.

šÆ Requirements
- ⢠Proven experience as an HRBP partnering with business leaders to understand goals, constraints, and context, and translating them into people strategies with measurable results.
- ⢠Demonstrated expertise in developing people managersā competencies, including goal setting, delegation, constructive feedback, and leadership development.
- ⢠Strong data-driven mindset: ability to make decisions and evaluate outcomes using metrics, experiments, and causal analysis.
- ⢠Business-oriented mindset with a focus on results over process, demonstrating ownership and initiative in driving HR initiatives end-to-end.
- ⢠Excellent communication and influencing skills: ability to listen, argue persuasively, build consensus, and reach win-win agreements with stakeholders.
- ⢠Experience leading or managing a small HR team (nice-to-have: 5+ people) and overseeing multiple HR functions.
