  • • As an HR Manager at Campus LLC, you will play a pivotal role in shaping a supportive, high-performance workplace culture that aligns with the company’s mission to reimagine higher education and accelerate student success. Your work will directly impact employee experience, engagement, and organizational effectiveness as Campus scales its innovative two-year accredited college model.
  • • Day to day, you will resolve complex employee relations issues by partnering with managers and staff to address non-routine work challenges, providing actionable counsel to improve performance and workplace dynamics. You will develop and monitor Performance Support Plans (PSPs), lead investigations into complaints and misconduct, and ensure fair, consistent application of disciplinary processes while maintaining confidentiality and trust.
  • • You will drive change and innovation by identifying opportunities to improve HR processes, designing employee education initiatives, and implementing data-driven strategies that enhance talent development, retention, and overall employee satisfaction through proactive people analytics.
  • • You will enhance employee engagement and culture by designing and implementing people programs—such as recognition initiatives, wellness efforts, and team-building activities—that foster a positive, energetic, and inclusive workplace aligned with Campus’s values.
  • • You will ensure compliance and best practices by maintaining up-to-date knowledge of employment laws, HR policies, and industry standards, collaborating closely with Legal to mitigate risk and uphold ethical standards in all people operations.
  • • You will act as a trusted thought partner and culture shaper, advising business leaders on team dynamics, conflict resolution, and organizational health, while building scalable HR processes that support future growth and empower managers to lead high-performing teams effectively.

🎯 Requirements

  • • BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
  • • 6+ years of relevant HR experience, ideally in employee relations or as an HRBP/People Partner
  • • Deep understanding of HR programs, including performance management and talent development
  • • Understanding of employment laws and performance management best practices
  • • Proven ability to partner across teams and drive organizational success
  • • Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to build trust and influence stakeholders
  • • Experience diffusing tension and effectively mediating conflict
