- • As HR Manager, India at Mango Technologies, Inc., you will lead day-to-day HR operations and partner with leaders to execute people strategies that support organizational growth, serving as a trusted advisor across the employee lifecycle while ensuring compliance with Indian labor laws and fostering an inclusive, high-engagement workplace.
- • You will partner with leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, and culture initiatives; support hiring and onboarding in collaboration with Talent Acquisition to enhance candidate and new-hire experience; serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations by advising managers and employees with fair, consistent practices; lead performance processes by coaching managers on feedback, development, and performance improvement; ensure adherence to Indian labor laws and employment regulations by maintaining required HR documentation and records; support compensation practices and partner on payroll and benefits administration depending on structure and vendors; and improve HR workflows, tools, and policies by streamlining processes using HR technology and AI where helpful.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required; Master’s degree (MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent) preferred
- • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally in a fast-paced or growing organization
- • Strong working knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance (e.g., Shops & Establishment Act, PF, ESI, POSH, Gratuity, etc.)
- • Proven experience across employee relations, performance management, HR operations, and policy implementation
- • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust across all levels of the organization
- • Experience leveraging HR technology, AI-enabled tools, and data-driven insights to improve processes and decision-making
