- • Manage end-to-end employee onboarding and offboarding processes for India offices, including collection and validation of ID proofs, educational certificates, and background verification data.
- • Set up and maintain accurate employee records in HRIS systems for both India-specific and global platforms, ensuring timely and error-free data entry.
- • Conduct comprehensive HR onboarding and orientation sessions for new hires covering benefits, company policies, compliance training, and HR procedures.
- • Coordinate all resignation workflows, including exit interviews, issuance of experience letters, and completion of relieving formalities.
- • Provide timely and accurate payroll inputs each cycle by validating attendance, leave records, pay changes, and loss-of-pay deductions.
- • Collaborate with Finance and third-party payroll vendors to ensure accurate, compliant, and on-time salary disbursement for all India-based employees.
- • Administer employee insurance programs, handling vendor coordination, monthly additions/deletions, and employee queries related to coverage and claims.
- • Maintain statutory registers and support filings for Provident Fund (PF), Professional Tax (PT), and Shops & Establishment Act compliance.
- • Liaise with labour law consultants to address audits, inspections, and regulatory updates, ensuring continuous statutory compliance.
- • Oversee POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) compliance by managing Internal Committee (IC) constitution, conducting annual employee awareness training, and preparing mandatory reports.
- • Manage leave and attendance systems, maintaining updated holiday calendars for all India office locations.
- • Serve as the primary HR point of contact for employee inquiries on payroll, benefits, policies, and HR processes.
- • Issue official employment-related documentation including salary certificates, employment verification letters, and visa support letters.
- • Manage relationships with India-specific HR and administrative vendors, including background verification agencies, insurance brokers, payroll providers, and facilities partners.
- • Track and monitor vendor service agreements, renewal timelines, and performance metrics across all contracted third parties.
- • Plan and execute company events, training logistics, employee welfare initiatives, and engagement activities to support workforce morale and culture.
- • Work cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, IT, and global HR teams to ensure seamless operational alignment and data consistency.
- • Operate in a hybrid model with mandatory in-office attendance three days per week at either Bengaluru or Chennai office locations.
- • Maintain high standards of detail, accuracy, and confidentiality when handling sensitive employee and payroll data.
- • Prioritize and manage multiple operational priorities simultaneously in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
- • Demonstrate autonomy in driving HR operations initiatives while adhering to company policies and local legal requirements.
