- • The HR Operations Generalist at Connexus Credit Union plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth, compliant, and efficient functioning of core HR processes across a remote-first organization serving members nationwide.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include managing employee lifecycle events (hires, transfers, promotions, terminations), maintaining HRIS data accuracy, administering onboarding and offboarding, supporting payroll and leave processes, auditing personnel files, and ensuring compliance with federal regulations and internal policies.
- • As a remote-first employer with a strong presence in the upper Midwest, Connexus Credit Union fosters collaboration, high performance, and holistic employee development, returning profits to member-owners through competitive financial products and a people-first culture.
- • In this role, the individual will gain deep expertise in HR operations, compliance reporting, HRIS governance, and process improvement while contributing to strategic initiatives and serving as a trusted backup for payroll and leave administration.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Communications, or commensurate experience
- • 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Human Resources Generalist or Specialist
- • Prior HRIS experience (e.g., Workday) and proficient skills in Microsoft Suite applications, including Excel and Word
