Your role as an HR Ops Associate is central to this success; if HR Operations falters, trust erodes, and our growth engine stalls. Conversely, when you excel, Vibe scales without limits.
  • • Reporting to our HR Systems & Ops Manager based in New York City, you will be the primary owner of HR operations for the EMEA region. This includes end-to-end responsibility for payroll and benefits administration, employee lifecycle management, and process optimization. You will work closely with the US Ops Manager to ensure global coverage, providing mutual backup and fostering a cohesive international HR function. This role offers three compelling reasons to join:

  • • **Key Responsibilities include:**
  • • **Payroll & Benefits Execution:**
  • • Execute monthly payroll for all EMEA entities with a commitment to 100% on-time payment accuracy. This involves meticulous attention to detail, understanding local payroll regulations, and ensuring timely submission of all necessary documentation.
  • • Manage relationships with local benefits providers across France and the broader EMEA region. This includes overseeing benefit enrollments, changes, and ensuring high levels of employee satisfaction with the benefits offerings.
  • • Collaborate closely with the US Ops Manager on North American payroll runs, providing essential redundancy and ensuring a globally synchronized payroll process.
  • • **Employee Lifecycle Management:**
  • • Coordinate all onboarding logistics for new hires in the EMEA region, ensuring a seamless and positive first-day experience that aligns with Vibe's culture and values.
  • • Maintain the accuracy and integrity of employee records within our HRIS (Human Resources Information System), ensuring data is up-to-date for accurate quarterly reporting and compliance.
  • • Draft and review localized employment contracts and amendments, ensuring full compliance with evolving French and other relevant EMEA regulatory requirements.
  • • **Process Optimization & Efficiency:**
  • • Conduct regular audits of internal HR workflows to identify and eliminate administrative bottlenecks, streamlining processes for greater efficiency.
  • • Proactively identify opportunities for automation within HR operations, leveraging modern HR technology and tools to enhance productivity and reduce manual effort.
  • • Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes, ensuring they are scalable, efficient, and support Vibe's rapid growth trajectory.
