đź“‹ Description
- • This HR Recruiter (Contract) role at CorroHealth, Inc. is a critical position supporting the company’s contingent workforce onboarding process, ensuring seamless integration of temporary and contract workers into the organization’s HR systems and workflows. As a remote-based role based in the U.S., the recruiter will act as a key liaison between hiring managers, candidates, and HR operations, directly impacting the speed and quality of talent acquisition for non-permanent staff—vital for maintaining operational continuity in a healthcare-adjacent technology environment.
- • The person will be responsible for guiding contingent workers through the initial onboarding steps in Workday, including collecting and verifying personal information, employment eligibility documentation, and system access requests. They will ensure compliance with internal policies and federal regulations (such as I-9 and E-Verify requirements) while maintaining a positive candidate experience. Daily tasks include responding to inquiries from applicants and hiring managers, tracking application statuses, coordinating with HRIS administrators, and updating records in real time to reflect changes in worker status.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities involve conducting initial screenings of contingent worker applicants via phone or video, assessing basic qualifications against role requirements, and forwarding suitable candidates to hiring managers for further review. The recruiter will manage multiple requisitions simultaneously, prioritizing urgent needs while maintaining accurate tracking in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Workday. They will also generate regular reports on time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and pipeline health for contingent labor, providing insights to HR leadership.
- • The role requires close collaboration with the broader HR & Recruiting team, HRIS specialists, and departmental hiring managers across CorroHealth’s remote workforce. The recruiter will participate in weekly team huddles to align on priorities, share best practices for candidate engagement, and refine onboarding workflows. They will also contribute to process improvement initiatives aimed at reducing administrative bottlenecks in the contingent worker lifecycle.
- • CorroHealth is a healthcare technology company focused on revenue cycle management, clinical documentation improvement, and healthcare analytics, serving hospitals and health systems nationwide. The company values innovation, accountability, and employee empowerment, offering a flexible remote work culture that supports work-life balance. As a contractor, you’ll gain exposure to enterprise-level HR systems like Workday and develop specialized expertise in contingent labor management—a growing niche in modern HR.
- • In this role, you will develop deep proficiency in Workday HCM for contingent workforce management, including configuration nuances, security roles, and reporting tools specific to non-employee populations. You’ll also sharpen your skills in compliance-driven recruitment, candidate experience design, and HR analytics—competencies highly transferable to future roles in HR operations, talent acquisition, or HRIS administration within large organizations.
- • You will achieve measurable impact by reducing onboarding cycle times for contingent workers, improving data accuracy in HR systems, and enhancing satisfaction scores among hiring managers and contract staff. Success in this role positions you as a trusted advisor in scalable workforce solutions, opening doors to senior HR generalist, HRIS specialist, or contingent workforce program manager roles in healthcare, tech, or professional services industries.
