- • As an HR Recruiting Associate, you will be instrumental in supporting our full-cycle recruiting efforts across a diverse range of roles, including clinical, corporate, and operational positions. - • Your responsibilities will encompass a broad spectrum of HR and recruiting functions. You will meticulously coordinate interviews, manage complex scheduling, and maintain clear, consistent communication with candidates throughout their entire hiring journey. A critical aspect of your role will be to ensure that our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is kept accurate and up-to-date with candidate tracking and dispositioning, providing valuable data for our recruitment strategies. You will actively participate in the posting of job openings, conduct initial resume screening to identify top talent, and engage in proactive candidate outreach to build our talent pipeline.
- • Furthermore, you will be a guardian of the candidate experience, ensuring every interaction aligns with Heartbeat Health's core values and professional standards. This includes assisting with the preparation of offer letters and managing the crucial pre-employment processes, setting candidates up for success from the very beginning. Your support will extend to the onboarding and offboarding processes, where you will handle essential documentation and system access, ensuring a smooth transition for new and departing team members alike.
- • Beyond recruiting, you will serve as a reliable point of contact for employees, addressing their questions related to HR processes, company policies, and the various tools we utilize. Maintaining the integrity and confidentiality of employee files and ensuring compliance with all record-keeping requirements will be a key duty. You will also provide vital support in benefits administration, including tracking leaves of absence and updating our Human Resources Information System (HRIS) to ensure data accuracy.
- • To foster a thriving workplace, you will help coordinate employee engagement initiatives, support training programs, and contribute to internal communications, helping to build a strong and connected company culture. Ensuring adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws is paramount, and you will assist in maintaining compliance across all HR functions.
