- • The HR Services Manager at Safeguard Global serves as the primary point of contact for global clients, providing expert guidance on local employment laws and ensuring a seamless worker life cycle from onboarding to offboarding. This role is pivotal in maintaining legal compliance, fostering positive client and worker relationships, and acting as an ambassador for the company’s HR services in the Belgian market, with potential to support other countries based on business needs.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include managing the full employee lifecycle: onboarding new GEO workers in collaboration with the Operations Team, developing and maintaining employment contracts (starters, leavers, extensions, transfers), advising on career progression, promotions, and salary analysis, handling voluntary and involuntary offboarding including retirements, and managing complex HR issues such as performance management and terminations.
- • The role involves proactive HR process support, including updating and communicating HR policies, procedures, and work conditions in compliance with local laws, maintaining employee personal data per regulatory requirements, and advising management on HR responsibilities.
- • Additional duties include partnering with benefit providers to ensure legally compliant packages, managing monthly payroll with local payroll partners, identifying process gaps and recommending improvements to mitigate risk, providing regular employment law updates to team and line management, and supporting internal teams such as Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, and Line Management as needed.

🎯 Requirements
- • 3-5 years of Dutch local Labor Law Experience
- • Demonstrated expertise in HR and the management of employment terminations
- • Fluent in both Dutch and English languages
- • Extensive experience in providing guidance on complex Employment Relations Issues
- • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- • Exceptional interpersonal skills, team spirit, and collaboration prowess
