- • The HR Specialist - Global Support role at Deel is a critical function within the company’s newly established 24/7 global HR team, designed to ensure seamless, compliant, and timely HR operations across multiple regions and time zones. This position directly supports Deel’s mission to unlock global opportunity by maintaining the integrity and responsiveness of its HR infrastructure, which serves employees and clients in over 150 countries. As part of a high-impact, fast-scaling SaaS leader, the specialist ensures that urgent HR requests—ranging from onboarding and offboarding to compliance inquiries and benefits support—are handled with precision, enabling Deel to deliver on its promise of a frictionless global work experience.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include providing operational HR support for requests across multiple regions and time zones, managing and executing global HR operational tasks throughout the employee life cycle while ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal procedures, responding to and managing inquiries via the HR hotline and written communication channels (addressing EOR and client HR-related questions), processing operational requests within established SLAs, serving as temporary operational backup for country HR operations during coverage gaps, collaborating with country owners and team leads to ensure continuity of HR service delivery, participating in cross-functional initiatives and operational improvements, and performing other ad hoc duties as required by the HR Experience department to support evolving operational needs.

- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in global HR operations, compliance, and shared services within a high-volume, fast-paced environment. You’ll gain hands-on experience with HRIS platforms, case management tools, and ticket-based support systems while sharpening your communication, prioritization, and cross-cultural collaboration skills. The position offers a clear pathway to grow into senior HR operations, specialist, or team lead roles within Deel’s expanding global HR function, positioning you as a trusted expert in the future of work—where HR is not just administrative, but strategic, scalable, and human-first.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in HR operations, HR shared services, or a similar HR support role
- • Fluent in English, and Spanish or Portuguese
- • Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as part of a 24/7 global support model
- • Demonstrated experience working in high-volume HR operational environments
- • Experience working in a global HR environment supporting multiple regions or countries
- • Proven ability to manage time-sensitive HR requests and operational tasks while maintaining accuracy and quality
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- • Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet SLAs in a fast-paced environment
- • Experience handling HR helpdesk, HR hotline, or ticket-based support systems is highly desirable
- • Experience with HR systems, case management tools, or HRIS platforms
- • Must be located in one of these countries: Argentina, Mexico, Colombia or Costa Rica
