  • • The HR Specialist - Global Support role at Deel is a critical function within the newly established 24/7 global HR team, responsible for managing urgent and time-sensitive HR operational requests across multiple regions, ensuring seamless service delivery and compliance in a fast-paced, international environment.
  • • This role directly supports Deel’s mission to unlock global opportunity by enabling accurate, compliant, and responsive HR operations that empower businesses to hire, pay, and manage talent anywhere in the world.
  • • Day-to-day responsibilities include providing operational HR support for requests across multiple regions and time zones, managing and executing global HR operational tasks across the employee life cycle with strict adherence to internal procedures and compliance standards.
  • • The specialist will respond to and manage inquiries through the HR hotline and written communication channels, addressing Employer of Record (EOR) and client HR-related questions with professionalism and accuracy.
  • • They will manage and process operational requests while ensuring timely delivery within established Service Level Agreements (SLAs), prioritizing urgent matters without compromising quality.
  • • Serving as temporary operational backup for country HR operations during coverage gaps, the role ensures continuity of service when regional teams are unavailable due to leave, peak demand, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • • Collaboration with country owners and team leads is essential to align on service standards, share insights, and maintain consistent HR service delivery across geographies.
  • • Participation in cross-functional initiatives and operational improvements is expected, allowing the specialist to contribute to process optimization, tool enhancements, and best practice sharing.
  • • Additional ad hoc duties as required by the HR Experience department may include supporting special projects, data validation, or process documentation to meet evolving operational needs.
  • • The role offers the opportunity to develop deep expertise in global HR operations, compliance across 150+ countries, and HRIS/system navigation within a high-growth SaaS environment.

šŸŽÆ Requirements

  • • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in HR operations, HR shared services, or a similar HR support role
  • • Fluent in English and local language (Arabic, given Egypt-based location)
  • • Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as part of a 24/7 global support model
  • • Demonstrated experience working in high-volume HR operational environments
  • • Experience working in a global HR environment supporting multiple regions or countries
  • • Proven ability to manage time-sensitive HR requests and operational tasks while maintaining accuracy and quality
  • • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • • Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet SLAs in a fast-paced environment
  • • Experience handling HR helpdesk, HR hotline, or ticket-based support systems is highly desirable
  • • Experience with HR systems, case management tools, or HRIS platforms
  • • Must be located in Egypt
