- • Serve as the HR Strategic Change Partner for IT/Tech projects, ensuring seamless digital adoption and change management aligned with end-user training and product launches.
- • Act as a strategic HR advisor to leadership teams across markets, medical groups, shared services, and innovation units, partnering with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) to deliver client-specific HR solutions.
- • Lead change management planning for mid-level initiatives with $1–10M impact, affecting 1–2,000 associates, including medical group acquisitions, divestitures, market expansions, and subsidiary segmentation strategies.
- • Develop and execute organizational design, workforce planning, and operating model solutions in alignment with business objectives and HR standards.
- • Create and implement comprehensive change management plans, including communication strategies, stakeholder engagement, and barrier mitigation using BSMH HR toolkits.
- • Partner with project managers and technical teams to ensure HR components of initiatives meet success metrics, SLAs, and associate experience goals.
- • Mentor and lead associate-level HR Strategic Partners, providing guidance on project execution and strategic HR practices.
- • Collaborate with HR executives and subject matter experts to align HR approaches across system-wide projects and business units.
- • Interpret business context and operational needs to deliver data-informed HR recommendations and strategic interventions.
- • Build and maintain trusted relationships with director- through VP-level leaders across diverse departments and geographies.
- • Represent the HR brand positively by ensuring consistent, high-quality delivery of HR programs and change initiatives.
- • Track and document strategic initiatives with detailed precision, leveraging online tools and advanced Microsoft applications for reporting and analysis.
- • Lead system-wide projects involving workforce transitions, merger and acquisition due diligence through implementation, and market segmentation strategies.
- • Influence leadership and stakeholders to secure buy-in for HR-driven change initiatives and organizational redesigns.
- • Identify root causes of workforce challenges and design targeted solutions to mitigate turnover and improve retention.
- • Communicate complex HR strategies and plans clearly and effectively at executive levels, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- • Support workforce planning initiatives in partnership with the Workforce Planning COE, focusing on market-specific labor strategies and talent alignment.
- • Manage a personal portfolio of HR change projects while ensuring compliance with federal labor laws including FMLA, EEOC, and Title VII.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
- • 5+ years of HR experience with proven career progression and understanding of HR labor laws (FMLA, EEOC, Title VII, compensation requirements)
- • 7+ years of business or healthcare experience preferred
- • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SP certification preferred
- • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft applications
- • Experience creating organizational design and change management plans
