- • The HR Systems Manager leads Melita’s support, optimization, and administration of HR technology platforms such as ADP Workforce Now, Rippling, Paylocity, and other supporting systems used across the client base.
- • This role partners with clients, Melita support staff, and internal Salesforce developers to deliver comprehensive, compliant, and streamlined HR processes with a high-quality user experience.
- • The HR Systems Manager leads and develops a small team of HR Systems professionals, building bench strength as Melita’s technology footprint expands.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include managing HR system configurations, troubleshooting technical issues, ensuring data integrity and compliance, coordinating system updates, and providing training and support to end-users.
- • The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to align HR technology solutions with business needs and driving continuous improvement in HR service delivery.
- • The position offers the opportunity to deepen expertise in HRIS platforms, strengthen leadership skills, and contribute to scalable HR operations in a growing organization.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience managing HRIS platforms such as ADP Workforce Now, Rippling, or Paylocity.
- • Strong understanding of HR processes and compliance requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
- • Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms to support HR integrations.
- • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a small team of HR technology professionals.
- • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills for partnering with clients and internal teams.
